Internal Fleet of Drivers

What sets Travelhorse apart from most on-demand delivery companies is our internal fleet of drivers. We have a close-knit group of drivers whom we communicate with daily. Additionally, all our drivers are also familiar with our merchants and their products. This is important as it improves the user experience journey during a delivery.

Delivery Window

From 3-hours to 3-days, we can adjust the rates for you! Depending on the items you are delivering and the quantity, you may need to either deliver within the day or or spread out the deliveries over a few days. Do not worry as the quality of your items will not be compromised regardless of how long they need to be with us.

Bulk Delivery

Need to send a big order or need someone to help pick up supplies for you? Travelhorse also offers bulk deliveries. Whether it is 50 boxes of cookies or 50 hampers, we will try to find the right solution for you. The next section will let you know of the different vehicle options that we provide.

Motorbike, Car, Van, 10-ft Truck: We’ve Got Them All

Motorbike: Documents

Crunch for time during your lunch break but need to send documents from the office? Travelhorse provides courier service of documents! With the use of the motorbike, documents or small parcels can be delivered quickly and cost efficiently.

Car: Small Parcels

As the most efficient mode of delivery for us on a daily basis, the car caters to most of the merchants we deliver for. It provides space to carry more items, temperature control and stability to ensure the items do not bounce around on the journey to your customers.

Van: Parcels, Pallets

While most of the deliveries are made via car, we provide van deliveries for bigger items. With a cargo volume of 4.2m³, the fully air-conditioned van ensures a significant amount of items can be transported with temperature and quality control.

10-ft Truck: Pallets, Cartons, Wrapped-up Supplies

Our 10-ft truck is mostly used for bulk and supply deliveries. With a cargo volume of over 6m³, it can also be used for transporting bulky items such as tables and crates to events or storage. Read on to find out more about our other services such as setup assistance and warehouse storage.

Cash On Delivery [COD]

The pandemic has accelerated the shift to digital and contactless payment. However, there are still some that are wary of paying in advance. As such, Travelhorse is open to providing COD services should your customers’ request it. Simply inform us your preferred payment method.
